Miriam and Helen are great and I love how cozy and warm the place feels. We have been searching for over 6 months for someplace to live and this is definitely it!

I like everything about La Corona del Mar, the sea breeze, the life style, the people, San Pedro. It is easy to get in and out of San Pedro to all points of LA and Orange counties but I feel like I am miles away from the city when I am there. Walk down the street to beach, take a bike ride along the bluffs or meet friends for breakfast at Pacific Dinner or Light House Deli. There's also a great Art District downtown as well as some wonderful restaurants and wine store...
I've lived in apartments most all of my adult life. LCDM is BY FAR the most well kept and best managed complex I've lived in. There are many apartments, but it's very quiet !! As a single woman, I feel very safe here. My car is in a secure parking garage, too. I highly recommend LCDM to anyone who is looking for a good place to live.
